Because it is french and france gets 75% of its energy from nuclear, and another 16% from hydro. meaning over 90% of their energy is very clean. so for France, EV cars are clean as a whistle.

It´s to open the eyes of all the people driving petrol cars, of course.

They´ve put in some extra stuff for fun, but when you´ve driven an EV for some time, you look pretty much the same way at fossil-cars..

Who would think of driving a car that smell so bad when you don´t have to?

Of course the EV´s aren´t for everyone, but for many people it could work just great!

Think of all the people (most people?) that have no car at all, how do they get by?
