The UN climate talks in Durban South Africa are on the final stretch but delegates attending the talks are still deadlocked on agreeing on a path for taming carbon emissions.Environment minister John Michuki that despite the deadlock, Kenya will continue pushing for a second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol.
And as NTV's Pamela Asigi reports,countries are now grappling at a breakthrough on the "green climate fund" that will raise almost 100 billion dollars to support poor countries.
