No priors, J4P is arrested Jan 2010, spends 90 days in jail with NO BAIL, reason; the judge told Charles, "because of your military you are a danger to society." Charles was found not guilty of "possession of a dangerous weapon" on April 13, 2010, Then "allowed bail" This is the first video he created when home. This original handwritten speech was taken and to date held by the officers. Charles had a copy of this speech and was able to locate then finish this video, in Aug 2010. When cuffed in Jan 2010, behind him, the officer laughed as he said, "looks like JULY4PATRIOT wont be making videos anymore." This raises red flags as to "motive for these false charges, threats by FBI to the family, an ongoing harassment by all levels of LEOs."

On January 13th, the FBI entered the home of July4patriot because a grenade launcher was found. While the FBI was in his home, they seized a speech from his desk without a warrant. The speech had nothing to do with the crimes he was (charged with), but it was illegally taken anyway and was never returned. This is that speech, unedited as it was written at the time of arrest.

@mystcstar LEO's can only take what's listed on a warrant? Really? Usually they get warrants to come in and take ANY evidence they deem applicable. I've never heard of LEO's having a lists of items they will be taking. Whatever, dude.

I think most normal humans would argue that YOU are the one that is the fool here. Any moron who would shoot cops, fbi, dci, atf&e, etc., for entering your home should be put on a list and watched closely - OH, WAIT, they already have these lists and I pray for the good of this country that you are on it. @WakeyWakeySheeple you're a fool... you know nothing of freedom. i dont even call them law enforcement officers because ive never once in my life EVER seen a cop actually enforce the law without breaking it themselves. i have 0 respect for so called officers of the law. i was at my capital building, armed, when my surpeme court banned the 4th amendment and we all, 400+ people, were saying if cops entered our homes without a warrant we would defend our home from those invaders.- FACT!

Really too bad this guy had the propensity to threaten LEO with arming himself and fighting them. Does not bare too well in this day and age. And as far as the fbi taking this speech, guess what, when they enter your home looking for anything, they can and will take anything they want - warrant or not - welcome to the Patriot Act and Homeland Security.
