For those people buying one.. please don't. We did have the insides replaced because of the mold but it does come back. Its normal for all beds to get some form of mold inside mattress' but not to the extent of what the air beds get.

The statements are true. Ive had mine for 11 years now and feel like I roll to center. There is mold issues because the air gets trapped inside and causes mold. Select air is in the middle of a law suit because people are getting sick..I wake every morning with headaches and runny nose. Im throwing my bed away finally and getting a regular mattress. I have a comfort aire but they are the same concept.

@TheNJSx Yes, problem is the air bladders don't allow air to circulate as you found. They were supposed to have fixed the foam, and after 2004 are not supposed to mold but I don't know if that is true.

That is so strange that is is only on one side of the bed. Any reason why that is?

@SuperJfritz My father laid on that side, he is heaving and perspires more than my mother.

Hi there,
The bed wasn't bad really. The only thing, if you like to sleep in the middle (cuddle) it's miserable. There is a hard foam block in the center of the bed. When ours molded, they ended up refunding the entire purchase price.
