I had the good fortune via Skype to speak with Maria Glauser, Co-Director of The Hub London and Co-Founder of The Hub Oaxaca. Maria will be leading a panel at ConnectionMiami, a social venture capital/social enterprise conference in Miami in March 2010.

At present, Maria is in Oaxaca, Mexico working with a team of fellow social entrepreneurs to create a Hub presence in Latin America. In this video interview, Maria explains the cultural differences that social entrepreneurs must be aware of when working in Mexico. Maria also shares how her upbringing and friendships with artists and writers have influenced her work.
