Will this also help to fix the Three Red Rings?

@walmer23 If you don't want to use lint-free products on your electronic hardware that's your prerogative. Enjoy the permanent burn-in and poor contact on the thermal compound the residue will cause. But for the rest of us, who follow directions and common sense, we'll stick with the lint-free stuff.

@PaulPierceFan365 You apply thermal paste on the cpu and gpu then over heat it for like 5 mins so it comes incontact and it should work

SO, AFTER YOU CLEAN THOSE PARTS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUT ALL THE PARTS BACK TOGETHER THEN YOURE DONE? OR IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I HAVE TO APPLY?

@enigmaticbee
Then they probably did it right. Less is more when it comes to thermal paste. It's the pressure of the heatsink against the chip that counts for more. If you have too much paste you'll just be making a mess around the edges with no extra benefit.
