@pearldrumsarecool Wow, thank you! Strangely I did get pulled over in Georgia once, for going too slow! Ha :) My car was very old and I didn't want to push it. The kind officer gave me a warning. What you can say for sure is this current, 0.002A yields small chance that it will affect the heart, though, chances are there.
This may sound gibberish to you. You may need to understand some quantum theory.
A shock to a heart is a stimulant. It can resuscitate a heart but it has side-effects.
So. in other words, no, you probably WON'T get kill, although you may.
