True, there is a good difference. Also you are more radiant and you look happier. I started a non-planified diet, i need to loose arround 20 kilos. Hope i'll succeed.

a friend of mine is taking pills to help suppress her appetite. it's nice because it doesn't let her starve herself, so she loses weight gradually, so she'll keep it off!

WOW! I just watched your latest video from June 12th and then clicked on THIS video...you look SO GREAT NOW! You can definitely see a difference from this video to the one you posted on June 12th! Never give up!! If you ever need some encouragement, you should rewatch some of your early videos (like this one) to remind yourself of how far you've come! :)

hey girl, just a question. how do carbs affect your weight? like, coz carbs are for energy arent they? hope you can help, your so brave for putting this out on youtube, i admire you so much. =] x

carbs are energy but too many can mean trouble. Mostly if your not exercising to burn the extra energy off. When carbs are not used through exercise or normal body functions, they convert to fat. You do need some carbs but in excess it will cause most people to gain unless they are extremely active. depriving yourself from carbs is bad in that your body will start pulling nutrients from your muscle etc... that is not a good thing! Just eat them in moderation! Thanks so much!

I agree that it is best to just everything in moderation. The diets are just fads and I have to be honest, I believe that the "dieters" will gain. Everything in moderation will allow you to eat a little of what you want, but you are doing the right thing Rae. You will have long term results. I wish you the best.
