This extra is from footage shot during the filming of "Return to PrairyErth." The film tells the story of Heat-Moon's return to the tallgrass prairie nearly 20 years after his book was released. Heat-Moon sees that Chase County is now one of the most environmentally advanced regions in the country and we hear the story of how people came together to save the prairie.
