  • My test was cancelled at the last minute due to icy roads. The tester was very nice & apologetic but did advise me NOT to show my Full Motorcycle before my rescheduled test as it may be interpreted as 'currying favour' and testers would put an even higher level of 'road sense abilities' upon me during my car test due to my many years on a motorcycle. I'll keep ya posted!

  • @lcwell thats a good point! be prepared is the best advice. Good luck

  • Excellent video with handy tips. My car test is coming up this January 2011 in Finglas. I already have a full motorcycle licence and was wondering should I let my tester know this somehow before the test? Would it be to my advantage or disadvantage? Thanks.

  • @lcwell hi, you could bring your full bike licence folded up with your learner permit so the tester may see it when you take it out to show them???. The best thing to do is to be well prepared for your test. we are delighted you found our videos good. Please pass it on to all your friends,if you need any help for your test, you know where to find us. best wishes, Declan

Before you pull off let the instructor see you put on your dipped lights weather it be night or day. Dipped lights make you more visible especially in a blinding sun. Any good instructor knows this unlike in video. Always obay the Two Second Rule except on wet roads it's Four seconds. When two lanes merge into one always merge in turn. If you park on a hill do
