Nick Jonas is a true hero, not because of his good looks but because of the way he does not let anything stop him from reaching his dreams. He was diagnosed with Type I diabetes at the age of 13 and wears an insulin pump to help him manage his diabetes. Nick did not allow his illness to affect his singing career and continued to pursue his dreams. He is a great role model, as well as being one of the hottest guys on Earth and we love him.♥
