We ride our Catrikes on the brand new Laurier Avenue West bike lane in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, on 10 July 2011, an hour before the opening ceremonies. We started near Elgin Street at the east side and went up to just near Bronson at the west side, turned around and came back to exit onto the bike pathway parallel to the Queen Elisabeth Driveway.
To make things more interesting the video is run at 7X speed.

Thanks for your comment, glad you found this of interest! The left turn question is a good one. The city has provided special boxes that you pull out into on the right at an intersection and then line up on the perpendicular street to effectively make the left turn safely, The official city video actually shows how it is done better than any written description can do, but You Tube won't allow a link here to it.
