President Obama signed a new law that will close the long-disputed 100:1 gap in federal sentencing for powder versus crack cocaine. Gwen Ifill sits down with former Arkansas congressman Asa Hutchinson, who served as the head of the Drug Enforcement Administration under President George W. Bush, and Judge Reggie Walton, who sits on the U.S. District Court bench for Washington, D.C., to debate the new legislation.
