These are two side-dishes that you must add to your repertoire. I think you'll really love the Spinach Madeline, it's so creamy, spicy and delicious.

  • I think the Spinach Madeline looks soooo good. I am rediscovering spinach and am falling in love with it again. And you are right, the frozen chopped spinach is the only way to go. And squeezing the water out makes all the difference in taste. As for carrots? If I want a plain carrot, I eat it raw. I always make mine the way my mother did. Sliced, steamed, a little butter, a little brown sugar and a shake or two of ground ginger. Thanks you for the videos.
