Lou Ferrigno: The "Hulk". The Arnold rival in Pumping Iron. But he didn´t do her best.
Franco Columbo: Arnold best friend and a little guy with a amazing body.Respect.
Dorian Yates: The first of "New generation" of bodybuilding. Massive!
MArkus Rühl: A sick guy!He is blood and patiente. Look awesome!Amazing.Very Big
Jay Cutler: A dedicated person. He is a exemple for motivation and win!
Ronnie Coleman: It´s tooooo Big man!He is the most massive ever seen in bodybuilding!
Arnold Schwarzenegger: A Exemple of GLORY! The best Forever. He´s body in "like a god" days was Very Perfect in my opinion... He was/is/will the King 4ever!!!
Remeber this video is for you guys like me: Love fitnes and treining at the gym and admire the bodybuilding job.BUT I made this for all person who´s start at gym and need MOTIVATION.
Never give up. Try your best every day and don´t forget this guys.
Steroids???Yes they do BUT We don´t need this.Why?Because we are stronger and patiente...health is more important in my opinion!!!
