Location:
This apartment hotel is located in the heart of Liverpool Docklands, and provides easy access to everything the city has to offer. It is adjacent to Liverpool's world famous Pier Head and Three Graces, facing the vibrant water front. It is just a short walk away from the award winning Albert Dock, with shops, culture and leisure attractions. Liverpool city centre is just a 5-minute walk away, while Lime street station with direct services to London and Manchester is a 15-minute walk away. The Tate Gallery, the Beatles Story, the Cavern Quarter, the Convention Centre, and a variety of restaurants and bars can all be found in the vicinity. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is some 13 km away.

Facilities:
These contemporary-style apartments are superbly positioned. They opened in 2007, and there are 42 apartments in total spread across 11 floors. A hotel safe and lift access are provided. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car (fees may apply).

Rooms:
These contemporary-style, fully-fitted one and two bedroom apartments offer ample wardrobe and drawer space. Most of the apartments have balconies with either river or city views. Terraces also feature in some cases. One bedroom apartments have one king-size bed, and two bedroom apartments have either two double beds or one double and one twin bed. A bathroom, hairdryer, individually regulated heating, a safe deposit box, lounge, Internet access, an ironing set, DVD player, radio and satellite TV also come as standard. The kitchen comes with a fridge, oven, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities.

All major credit and debit card payments accepted. Cheques or BAC are also accepted.

If guests telephone 0151 734 3675 or 07815 900018 thirty minutes prior to arrival, a member of the team will meet them at the apartments with the keys, as well as providing them with a brief tour of the facilities. Attention! This accommodation does not accept bookings for large groups such as hen and stag groups. Any booking found to be of this kind will be cancelled and are non-refundable.

How to get there:
From the Albert Dock on The Strand proceed towards North Liverpool. Keep in the left-hand lane continue straight ahead past the Crown Plaza, Malmaison hotel and the multi-storey car park. Take the slip road veering off to the left, sign posted for the docks. At the mini-roundabout turn left, before taking the 1st left onto William Jessop Way. Turn left just past the entrance to the multi-storey car park, just before the Malmaison hotel. Follow the road around to the right at the back of the Malmaison, and at the end of the building turn right into the apartment block car park.
