The mock TV series "Great American Minds" takes the viewer on a weekly trip through American history. The person highlighted in this special episode is the inventor of adhesive tapes, Richard G. Drew He is portrayed, in a facetious manner, as the most influential American inventor ever. The video is set in the style of a biography as it explores Drew's past experiences in the world of adhesives. We attempted to use humor to learn about this "great American mind."

  • How much of this is actually true?

  • @PockASqueeno The story of Richard G. Drew is historically accurate. The quote recited by Tommy Borden is fact-based but Alastair Arnold, Tommy Borden and the Korean 3M adhesive ambassadors are all fictitious characters.
