The American Fortitude (ex. Courtney Burton) glides through the Duluth ship canal. This video was the last segment of a DVD created to showcase by laker videos, thus the credits for the entire DVD are at the end of this movie.

  • my favorite ship is the Edmund Fitzgerald it does a lot like her.

  • Was hoping they would let the song of the ship and bridge play through the music. That bridge horn is thunderingly loud in person when you are at the museum on the opposite corner of the bridge. Nice video.

  • funny you say that - after the Fitz sank, her fleet replaced her by buying this ship. that's why she's got pretty much the same paint job the Fitz once had. won't last for long, though - new owners now who'll probably paint her black and white within a year or two.

  • nicely done hats off to you sir!

  • I love it up in duluth, i was upset when oglebay norton went bankrupt and had to sell all of there ships too. anyway some great footage and pretty music
