oh and it helps having a landcruiser haha

goes to show that going fast isnt going to get you through, a medium constant speed works best.

I think it all depend on the driver

@flava001 say that after you have crossed the nullabor in a pajero with suspension seats. also i own a 1990 pajer diesel and the most advanced piece of electronic equipment in it is the stereo so they are very good for crossing rivers. have had it up to the door handels in a creek and she still started first turn of the key

steel bullbar is a must

Im a toyota owner myself, but lets be honest here guys. If you want to do river crossings and the like, then its either a Cruiser or a Patrol. Taking anything ells is rather silly.

This vid confirms we made the right decision....we have recently traded our Auto Pajero for a Manual Prado....still will need to lift it, snorkle it...and any other suggestions before we go up there?

Should have been driving a landcruiser, mine got through fine, was deeper too, had to pull a couple of pootrols through. Ps, ya didn't see and sunnies in the creek did ya? Lost mine having a swim there! Great stuff though!
having a cruiser or patrol doesn't mean shit. If you're a shit driver you'll get bogged whether you're driving a cruiser, patrol or a freakin' tank! from the way that pajero driver was driving through that puddle he looked like he'd had a few too many 5 minutes before, had his wheels pointing the wrong way on recovery as well which just prolonged his dunk. If you're gonna do this track, get a bot of a clue how to drive the bush beforehand.. don't blame the pajero

Theres a few examples of how not to do it - LOL, some twits should stay of the blacktop. Those Pajero's are great shopping cars and thats about it
