@DCN1996 It's not even a real language. It's just a series of words and sounds that Karl Jenkins created. It sounds like it could be inspired by Celtic languages though, like the one Enya created.
This and "Song of the Plains" have the most epic finales of any Adiemus song I've heard. From 10:19 on, the volume must be cranked on full no matter what.
