over unity with tri-force gates : demonstration.
We check that the gap between magnets is the same for both gates.
Thanks to a plastic wheel, we can see that the floor has an unfavourable slope.
test n°1 : the moving magnet starts from the first gate's neutral position. It successfully crosses the second gate.
test n°2 : the moving magnet starts from the second gate's neutral position. It doesn't cross the first gate.
test n°3 : we reverse input and output on the second gate (not changing the gap). Now the moving magnet starts from the first gate's neutral position. It doesn't cross the second gate anymore.

  • @jlplace It demonstrates that if you examine one isolated gate, the energy needed for the roller to enter (all the way to the neutral point) is smaller than what the gate delivers when it ejects the roller by the other side.

this tends to prove that overunity is possible.

but with such a layout it's difficult to "come full circle", I just can't do it with my current means. It would require some high-precision and friction-less tracking over a substantial distance.

  • And what is this demonstrating?
