Several of the finishes are simply a product called Lusterstone that you can purchase online. It's a simple, troweled finish. It looks more difficult to achieve than it actually is in reality. Also, the person used metallic paint finishes for some of the ceilings...looks like they used some stencils for embedded images as well.
