www.simonleachpottery.com . Please SUBSCRIBE to my channel. I know I have done these GP (general purpose) bowls many times with you all .... I heard someone say once that "spaced repetition" is a great way of learning In other words you teach on a subject ,leave it a while then teach on it again !! Lets become proficient throwers, then we may become proficient artists if we hang on in there . Too many people wanting to become "artists" in clay without ever doing their "time" in learning the basic skills. Self expression, without the skill to execute, kind of ends up in a mess.... & that is why I say "KEEP PRACTICING " .....the basic skills, then you will have the competence to execute your inspirations. (food for thought ) - SL

lol Simon, crocs with socks, comfortable but a fashion faux pas according to my kids! Only allowed to wear them in my pottery studio not in public.

Aha loved it when you moved the board (2:49) and voila' there is another row of GP bowls underneath, like copy pasting a picture on photoshop! That's great repeats!

@Noobmeister @sylph83
You always learn something new or think of something that has not been thought of before. This happens if you do not do pots and if you are doing for many years pots. The difference is not there but in the openness to learn forever. That's what separates mediocrity for excellence, and this is independent of your pots are now good pots or not. Keep practicing and keep thinking go together!. And Simon's channel is an excellent host for it.
