I know this may sound out of line, but why do you think these thugs deserve a chance to live? so they can kill and torture more people? But I do agree with your point, just the way that they hold their weapons show a lack of training. They need to be much more efficiant.

There wasnt anyone performing CPR and other crap. Thess officer needs to be trained for safety weapon operation as well as medical first aid training also they need some latex gloves. in other words they need a proper training
