  • I play this game on a new 21 inch iMac with settings all on ultra. My black

Macbook can run it on low settings

  • on the new macbook can you play this game on medium

  • i got a macbook and it works fine.. Just one issue if you take higher quality than low on graphic settings it laggs like hell in big battels :(

  • @Verdunity the full game does not work, the screen becomes defragmented and you cannot see anything (even the menus). i tried it on my macbook with the same specs (but 2 GB RAM), and even when i overclocked the GMA 950 to 400 MHz it wouldn't work. it works on newer macbooks, though.

  • It says Starcraft II Beta, do you know if the full game works? I have the exact same specs, except mine's a Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.2.

  • @suemorphplus2009 Why ipod? Can i download the game from any rar or torrent. Dont know if its available.

  • can some one please explain how i get this to work...

its setup and everything but it says that my video card dose not support starcraft 2..

is their anything i can do to fix this?

  • @suemorphplus2009 You're a little late dude. I bought the game and it runs fine. And the graphics on low are better than warcraft 3. But, it suffers an incredibly slow load time.

  • @phonzie The Mac version is available on the same disc as the Windows version for Starcraft II. If you get the digital version, which I would not recommend until after Black Friday when the price is dropped from $59.99, then you can choose a specific version to download, and then back up the installer file on anything from a sufficiently large disc to an external HD, to your iPod.

  • @smackingjose15 So long as the graphics are set to low, it should work. I have about the same specs as you do.

    Macbook

    NVIDA GEOFORCE 9600

    2GB SDRAM

    2GHZ speed

The game runs smoothly so long as it is set to low graphics quality, which is about as good as the graphics on Warcraft III.
