@Uiladoru Yes, it looks like a ripoff of the Scissor Sisters video of She’s My Man. But Kasou Taishou (translated: "Costume Grand Prix" or "Maquerade Contest") has aired semi-annually in Japan since 1979. It was just for a laugh :)

Funniest? How about most creative. I watch this show every year and love the creative things they come up with, and then a year or two later watch american's copy and successfully go on shows like America's Got Talent acting like it's their original ideas.
