For more food ideas and sample meals that I eat visit http://SarahFit.com

The cheese used in this video is not something I usually buy but was craving it at the time. The rest of the ingredients are Josephs' Tortilla's, Sliced Turkey, Roasted Red Pepper, Mustard and Lettuce. I also use sprouts instead of lettuce, or tomato instead of red pepper. Also, I use swiss cheese alot. You don't need to cook this sandwich. It tastes good cold and keeps well if you are not eating it for awhile.

  • hey do you ever cheat and eat junk foods once in a while like chocolate or cake... cravings?

if so how do you go about it so that you don't get out of shape? also, im allergic to wheat.. any recommendations? i think im bad with flax. i can have rye.

  • @dummeow i actually have a huge sweet tooth which I desperately am always trying to break! I just eat really healthy so if I do occasionally eat too much, I can bounce back quickly usually within a week. I do treat myself on weekends to the occasional slice of pizza or nachos but it's only on weekends and I have a lighter meal before or after.

  • where do you buy those tortillas? i'm having a little trouble finding them.

  • @xbabeegurlxo I get them at Shaws or Stop & Shop, some smaller places have them too like Foodies in the South End in Boston, some other companies make similar ones though. You can find them in the deli section of your local grocer. Just look for less than 100 calories, high fiber and protein!

  • exactly what i do.. minus the dairy

  • Yeah, usually I don't do the dairy thing, but it was a Monday and I was really cold and melted cheese sounded amazing. Usually when this happens I'll use some veggie shreds but I didn't have any on hand.

  • Completely agree. I find it easier to enjoy products such as the cheese, etc. moderately rather than completely removing it.. Keeps the diet flowing smoothly.

  • Sarah has it all, great body and great face too

  • lol, you're funny

  • @dummeow It is impossible to gain weight from one meal... You gain weight from eating junk regulaly... Its so important to pig out occasionally otherwise if you're anything like me you'll get BORED of low fat stuff.

  • You are making me horny!

  • You are making me hungry!

  • Carrots and hummus are my favorites too! I like the Athenos spicy three pepper the best.

  • wow thats a good idea!

  • Except substitute the turkey with my penis and the bread with your lips

  • what do you suggest for vegetarians?? i really dont eat much, either to be honest..but i need some suggestions, so if you have any, make a vid or shoot em' back.
