State of emergency has nothing to do with remodeling the Constitution. Even though mga sinasabi mo ay flawed! I will say na nope, walang power! Kasi iniimplement lang niya ang rule of law.

  • @gearzone2611 malaki ang kapangyarihan ng pangulo. siya ang may mandato sa ugnayang panglabas, gumagawa ng national na budget, may kapangyarihan gumawa ng mga executive orders, magpasailalim sa estado sa mga modelong neo-liberal tulad ng public-private-partnerships, magpasailalim sa estado sa state of emergency, magpasimula ng pagbago ng konstitusyon, lalo na magpasailalim sa ilang parte ng bansa or ng buong bansa sa martial law. at kaunti pa lamang yan. now tell me he/she does not have power

  • @relativ6192 Wala naman talagang kapangyarihan ang pangulo. At ang mga aksyon niya ay resulta lang naman yan sa mga representatives natin, kasi they allow it to happen. Sino bang mga senators, congress, or any officials within sa government, really fight for us against sa uncontrollable power ng pangulo o corrupt officials that is wasting money? None! Somebody might be against it but nagpapa-facelift lang for coming election. They're not talking about deficit, national debt, economic freedom etc

  • @relativ6192 As far as I know, sa skyrocket ng mga tuition fees, its not like the president ay may control sa economy. But, people must understand who really run our monetary system. While fiat currency ang gamit ng Pilipinas, then ang skyrocketing ng mga payments. Then there is no other agency than the central bank itself. Dahilan, they're the one manipulating, and controlling the market through quantitive easing, or fractional banking. UP economic professors should know this well, or is it?

  • @gearzone2611 she was elected po, thru snap elections. though yeah, badtrip yung mga taong walang alam sa social issues at kikiling nalang sa sikat and stuff. well, ang okay lang kay cory ay yung paggawa ng 1987 constitution, though yeah andaming issues niya about sa land reform. same goes with pnoy. well still, it is just just to air grievances like this, especially yung latest na strike ng mga universities. grabe samin sa UP magiging 100k per sem na ang brakcket A students. nakakaiyak lang :((

  • @relativ6192 But ang problem ay ang taong wala namang alam sa national issues. That was the problem of putting somebody na so called kagustuhan ng karamihan, she wasn't elected but selected thru public tensions not thru Constitutional restraint. I wasn't arguing about Marcos. I was arguing that the rule of law must be the role of the land, not thru justification ng karamihan, kasi hindi ito republic na pamamaraan. Marcos went crazy, kaya napaalis siya. But selecting Mrs.Aquino, was anti-republic

  • @gearzone2611 ngunit sir, ang pagvoice ng grievances ng tao ay VERY constitutional. same goes with the fact that the constitution says that the civilian is above the military and stuff. and hindi naman po pinalitan ni imelda si Marcos, ang gulo niyo po. So hindi niyo parin po najustify na mali yung pag-overthrow kay Marcos through parliamentary struggle and people power hindi po ba? And hindi naman po pinalitan ng vice president si Marcos, pinalitan siya ng bago. and yes gma and cory sucked

  • @relativ6192 Napaalis si Marcos, but the rule of law says na ang maging pangulo should be the vice president of the Philippines, hindi yung asawa ng namatay. If you think of it, nasa kulungan na sana siya. People must learn to wake up from lies.

  • @gearzone2611 hindi naman. c marcos ba at si erap, napaalis dahil sa mga protesta. diba? ang edsa 1, it was "lawless"
