    Just take a look at the nutrition label for the carbs. Since it is all protein both whey and soy will have very low carbs.

  • I feel soy isolate is a better protein than whey isolate. The gains are slower but the tissue is denser. Whey isolates give you an inflated, balloony feel though you do get larger.

    I combine the two for a "best of both worlds" effect. Whey gets you pumped, soy gets you cut.
