Surfrider "Tomorrow" was a huge challenge. It needed to illustrate the problems that our beaches, oceans, and ultimately the future that our planet is faced with--in one minute. And, it had to demonstrate the issues at stake without hitting people on the nose and turning them off from the message.
The way to do that was not to scream louder, cut faster, or add more, but the opposite. Do it with a whisper. Stand out by making people stop and wonder why no one was screaming at them.
In a moment of quiet remind the viewer of what's really important. Simply show what we humans have and what we have to lose. We would let Mother Nature do the talking.

Amazing, I use this on my home page. It strikes the heart of all that view it. I live on Maui and see the trash daily and those that leave it behind. We film it and submit the results to the Maui Police. They have yet to make an arrest; too many doughnuts to dispose of I suspect.
