I highly recommend reading up on the Swank Diet. My 19 year old was diagnosed and was having regular severe attacks every 3 months with the last leaving him blind in one eye. He started the swank diet the first of this year and has not had an attack in over 6 months by following the Swank Diet. I understand not everyone is the same and what works for him may not for others, but I'm just passing this along because it means so much to me that he is as healthy as ever.

Nutrition and medical cannabis have been the only 2 things that have helped with my MS symptoms. I do take a disease modifying drug but that doesn't help with symptoms. In the last 6 months I have lost about 65 lbs and I feel great. I know that my MS symptoms are more severe for me than before I lost the weight, but honestly I feel so much better than I did even with less sever symptoms. You truly don't know how bad you felt until you fell better.

Good vid :) But as an MS sufferer, what do we do when we have problems swallowing & generally off of our food?
