Sidney is not a pet. I am a professional animal caretaker and work at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, CA. Otters do not make good pets and are illegal to own personally. I'm glad you enjoy watching him!

    I have never seen a otter up close, they are so ADORABLE !!! to bad we can't have them as pets, lol he is making me just TIRED watching him, ha so much ENERGY its like having a 2 year old, lol so CUTE, he plays just like a human baby would ! Why did you end up taking him home for, how did you get to do that ???
