I start off with showing a little bit of game play of Jazz Jackrabbit Holiday Hare 1995 and Descent 1 on this machine.
I have DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.1 installed on this machine.
This is my most powerful DOS machine, right now, with these specification:
AM5x86-P75 Socket 3 133MHz Processor, which is equal/slightly more powerful than an Intel Pentium 75MHz processor, according to the Wikipedia page here, plus you can learn more about this chip here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Am5x86
Some motherboard with this model number "PCI48AF-3.0"
64MB of SIMM 72-pin RAM, of course the 640K conventional RAM
256K Cache, motherboard is capable of 512K max, but I haven't found any bigger chips to put in, to upgrade this, sadly.
PCI ATI Rage LT Pro, 8MB
10GB HDD,
Analog Devices ISA audio card, Sound Blaster compatible, on the DOS games. Has CD-ROM connections on the audio card, but I don't use them because I use the onboard IDE on the motherboard.
I currently have a Sony receiver hooked to it, powering my Cerwin Vega HT-12D and SAT-6 satellite speakers.
Really helps make the music and sound effects sound more powerful.
Also you can see the two small speakers next to the tower, I have the big one connected, seeing how it would sound compared to the little one as a PC speaker for the system. lol
If the motherboard is really a PCI48AF-3.0 then it's by TMC Research Corporation. :)
BTW, I love the AM5x86-133 chip! Best 486 cpu ever. :)
