Neighbor lady gets busted (again)

The never-ending drama. At midnight the usual cretins arrive on scooters and begin getting drunk bellowing to each other. Neighbor lady usually gets worked up and starts barking back at them. I usually get to the window too late to catch her loudest outbursts
Anyway, 1 am and here come the useless cops walking in and saying "beitou" (please) before giving her another pointless warning.
