why is so hard to realised, that it is not a mix of few composers (even Chausson, Debussy, Bartók), but it is real and independent genius - Karol Szymanowski?

I did not know that the most chilling part would start at 2:15, a really shivering section for me, but I love it / her

Great performance. But I prefer Szymanowski's 2nd violin concerto over this one.

A beautiful work ,a marvelous violin performance, a breathe of fresh air from
the same old same old worn out violin works .

At 1:45 it kinda sounds like an Indiana Jones score.

I think that Szymanowski's music is very challenging for the listener. It has many influences--the lyricism of a Chausson, the perfume of a Debussy, the harsh realities of a Bartok. It is troubled and troubling music. But so well worth one's time.
Many thanks for uploading this marvelous interpretation.
