-Nyamco is the name of the big and fat cat in the jap version of the game. In the occidental version the cat was called Goro. The name Nyamco is a mix between Nya (Meow) and Namco, the developers of the game. The word would be something like Meowmco xD...
-Mewkies are the kittens in the jap version. We knew them as Meowky, if my memory is alright. :3

-What Hyadain says at 0:25 are the names of well known jap people.
---Makihara Mackey is Noriyuki Makihara. A japanese pop singer... As you can see in the next link, the animation design (0:25) is great xD :
