Say you are a key account manager and want to find out about your potential customer before your first visit. Or say you are a student and want to make a call for raising sponsoring funds? Wouldn't it be nice to know the target person and have more than the weather to talk about? The tutorial is about a structured method for searching, in case you have good reasons to invest more than 15 minutes. Such might be the case when you are asked in as a consultant for a product management issue,for example. Then why not learn what is said in the related Social Media conversations?
