Hey sweendoger, There was never a natural catastophy till lately? Hmmmm. I did not know that. Since you are a genius, please explain why there is an 800 year lag between temperature going up and THEN CO2 goes up? How does cause lag effect?

@towerclimber37 again, thanks for proving my point, but l feel like I am trying to teach calculus to a kindergartner. Let's try some visual learning. Take a look at the historical floods in the Philippeines or Pakistanlast year... or the masssive ice sheets breaking off Greenland now. Hmmmm that miught be too far from you to grasp. How about you get off your mom's couch and go outside of her trailer and take a look at all the dead shit outside your double wide in West Texas?

@sweendoger yeah, the extremes of weather happen every year. We call them "seasons".

@towerclimber37 .... Thanks for proving my point!

@m1aws hahahah I love it..that guy got destroyed by science. well done!

@sweendoger first it was "we're going to have an ice age!!!" back in the 70's. Then Al Gore and the same kook (that nasa guy) said "it's global warming"!! then it was changed to "climate change"..
well DUH! the climate changes every year!! it goes from winter, to spring to fall, and back to winter again!
common sense, meet sweendoger, sweendoger, meet common sense. :)

its called climate change.. meaning the extremes of weather is happening, hot and cold will be seen... too bad the average American can't grasp this topic (yet).

Once we finish off the ice caps, then it will be "Let it snow let it snow"...
WE caused some 30 -40% increase of CO2.
Shouldn't that hippy song be saying "Its not nice to mess with mother nature..."

@fireofenergy Actually man is responsible for 3% of the increase of CO2, which is only 2 parts per million. Nature produces most of the world's CO2, the oceans are the worst culprit, they produce 70% of the earth's CO2. Shall we ban the oceans? But CO2 is not a bad thing its plant food, nothing would be green without CO2.
And I don't know about where you are but its snowing like crazy up here.
