Listen you unintelligent buffoons. Only job president can create is is hire a gardener or cook for white house. and thats even if he can make such decision. President is executive branch, he executes things that are put to his face by congress who can create legislature for jobs and congress is REPUBLICAN so wtf. These Republican's idea to create jobs is to lower rich and corporation people taxes. Well Small Biz Owners create 80% of jobs in USA. Corporations do not and if they do, its overseas.
