Umm, sorry for being a jackass, but why is it called The Book of Aegis(shield, protector)? The book wakes a demon, so it's not really a protector... Maybe if the book was the shield of this plane, though I still think that it might be inapropriate.

Sorry if I don't understand something. I just thought I say something now, rather to have you regret it later.

Now, unrelated, the story seems to be a cliche start, though I just hope you'll develop it properly, because there is a lot of potential.
