@85wifebeater about 3 and 1/2 years, read/watch all you can and keep working, good luck! I couldn't do the 8 when I first tried and still have a lot of work to do on my form w the 16.

@85wifebeater thanks, I'm still doing the 12-pounder LH with worse form than the 16-pounder left-handed. LH is always behind. I just pinched 2x45 LH for the first time last Sunday even though I did 2x45 RH in Dec 2008, so it will get there with the sledge too hopefully...

@gumpster6 Thanks Perry! I feel like I have a very long ways to go before my levering is acceptable to me. Ihe bending will take time, as I am like a car with a Hemi engine spinning its tires on glare ice-I don't seem to channel the force anywhere close to correctly yet. I might try to get together with someone from BB to teach me a bit.
