@FistsOfFury21 (cont.) the issue of gays being treated equally; in a Libertarian government, it's a "best man for the job" type of mentality. Unfortunately, due to an influx in mental retardation in America, some sort of official needs to be put in place to ensure that a candidate was not turned down because of race, orientation, etc. While Libertarians do agree on a smaller government, there still needs someone/thing there to ensure that the freedoms of our people are upheld. @FistsOfFury21 (cont.) in it. Let's face it; you can make a law that says "you can't hate people because of "x"" and the fact of the matter is; that's thought control. In a Libertarian run country, no law would be even thought of because of the freedoms one is granted. Also; most TRUE Libertarians are not these fly-off-the-handle retards that listen to King Retard, Glenn Beck. He is not a Libertarian, and neither are any of his followers or Tea Party members. @FistsOfFury21 Not to be "that guy"; but the Bronze Age actually had nothing to do with religious intolerance and more to do with taking over land and to a much lesser extent; culture clashes. Bronze Age people were all Pagan, and despite what bible-thumping jackasses may say, much more peaceful than many think. But I digress. I believe that a Libertarian-run country would be much more beneficial for the GLBT community than a Socialist run country because of the sheer amount of freedoms envolved
