One the significant danger facing our hyper growth story of India is a lack of concerned citizenship to participate in democratic solution. Headlines are riddled with muliti-thousand crore corruption scandals and development without improving livelihood of poor. Even more worrisome is a gross disinterest towards exercising their rights as a citizen, lapse of ethics, growth at any cost, and lack of interest in participative development. The purpose of this initiative is to first find this missing voice by identifying new concerned leaders through an awareness campaign. Prof. Pravin Sheth and Surbhi Sheth for last 5 decades relentlessly gave a voice to many disenfranchised people through research, articles and commentary in media and by advising participative political process. As Prof. Pravin Sheth fights health challenges, his two young sons- one prominent computer scientist and another social entrepreneur- are aiming to further their father's legacy under the umbrella of SiISC. SiTAC initiative is soliciting people from every sector of citizenry -- villagers, urban governance, NGO, academic institute and concerned corporations- to join hands in creating a new concerned citizen sector through mentoring, training and mobilizing.
1. Mentor: The first step is to identifying those interested category and class of people who feels disenfranchised but would like to get their voice back through a formation of like minded and active citizenship groups.

2. Training: SiTAC with partner programs will actively work to identify key challenges faced by these groups and support development of best practices through training and appropriate use of information technology.

3. Mobilizing: Today's youth will be encourage to promote their voice through mobilization at the local level and use of technologies such as mobile and social networks.
