Nah, not really any swelling. It was a little tender for a couple days, but really that's about it.

I'm sure you could get it done pretty cheap as it's a really quick tattoo. There's not a lot of detail work being done on the inside of the lip.

awesome. im getting my fiancee's name on my inside lip too. what should i expect in regards to pain? and do you know if its true that it might fade after awhile?

Regardless of the look on my face, this was the easiest tattoo I've ever received. Hardly painful at all. It healed in a couple days. You don't even have to put lotion on the thing. Try and avoid acidic foods (lemon, ouch) for a day, but that's about it.

As for fading, I wouldn't be surprised if it fades over time given the amount of rubbing and moisture it must endure. I guess we'll see, huh? :)

so whats the rules on teeth cleaning? can i brush them? or do i have too use mouth wash for a few days till its healed?

I don't think so. Mine healed so fast, there was hardly time for any thing to go wrong.
