Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Monday Night Football was always paired with television series that only lasted less than a season. "Barbary Coast" was one of them. The show took place in 19th-century San Francisco and also starred Doug McClure. Even though ABC dominated the ratings in the late-1970s, its only success on Mondays was MNF. Does anyone remember "The San Pedro Beach Bums?"
