Or...whatever u feel u want to do to try to make urself look better. Body warping is not harmful and very rejuvenating for your skin and the effects are u can lose inches. So if u decide to work out, eat heathy, get surgery, body wrap, or anything else it's your own freedom to. I don't knock anybody's style or techniques because it's what works for u. I ordered mines from amazon. when i went to walmart and walmart.com they were sold out. you can put in a search for Elastic Bandage on amazon and find really cheap deals for a lot of wraps

I'm currently trying out a supplement for weight lost that is amazing. In a couple weeks I will post a video once I'm done with taking them!

Sorry for the late response. I have went in a lil where my belt line is but nothing dramatic to post a vid. To do this process is not a self job. So when I had the help I only did it a couple times. But with those few times I did notice a small change. I only paid $17 bucks I believe at outpost foods. It's worth it. It's jus the labor of doin it.
