I went there 3 years ago (like exactly the same place as this vid showed), mainly because I was on holiday there, and my family knew how much I loved turtles, and they were like 'Hey, I found somewhere where there's loads of turtles'. But then I was shocked that they were on the streets... yet the turtles I saw were pretty healthy. There was a woman who was selling tortoises... a pair of adult Herman Tortoises for £9 (converted currency so you can understand) :O cheap and healthy! But nah.
