@smokewilliams I think he means that a lot of bands/artists (for a long time) have been doing the same vocal and chordal progressions for a while & he is irritated by it. The philosophy behind it, is that these progressions sound relevant and catchy to the western ear. Although we've heard them so many times, some people do them very well, better than others. They are generally the ones with record deals. = ) I enjoyed your song and you do it pretty well.

I just wanted to let you know that I listen to a lot of original songs here on you tube and I think your song is the only one I come back to. I find myself sometimes singing it out of the blue. great job man...you got me hooked!
