What kit did you use to film this please and how do you keep your hand so steady?

@sitonthisdotcom Thanks, I just used a Sony HDR-TG3 which I've had for a few years now. It records straight onto a memory stick. An excellent little camera.

As for keeping my hand so steady, well I guess I just have a steady hand :)
