Ann didn't even tried to protect Stephanie in childhood. She should be grateful that Stephanie forgave her. Really. She didn't have to do that. Forgivness for such things in not a matter of forgetting everything. It's a long process of dealing with such harm over years. I think that for Eric sometimes things are so simple like 2+2, but it's not like that. But ofcourse all Forrester, especially men are so easily into 'following their hearts'. This is wrong and immature.

Eric goes without rules, because he knows that his children are adults and he can't tell them what to do. He said, all they can do is offer opinions. Stephanie shouldn't keep disrespecting her mother for her harsh childhood even though she is to blame partly. I think she only does it because it's too late for her to give her father that same treatment. Stephanie, nothing you do now is can change the things your father did to you. Like Eric said,"He's dead and he's gone!"

The only person close to a real man by her side, at least at her status was Massimo Marone. I was hoping that one day Massimo and Stephanie would be married. I'm sure Massimo was the person Stephanie's father would have wanted her to marry.
